United Business Support is part of United Consulting™. For more than 25 years, we have been committed to creating the ideal working environment for over 750 consultants in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Business Support, and Marketing.

We specialize in Business Support consultancy, but not as you know it. We are 100% Belgian and family-owned. Our style is defined by our personal approach.

Unique projects, talent coaching, legendary afterwork events, and a work rhythm tailored to human needs. That is what we aim for.

YOUR JOB

Are you about to graduate with a degree in finance or administration? We want you! For our Credit Management division, we are looking for Young Grads to join our team of consultants.

With us, you’ll get the opportunity to kick-start your career by working for clients across different industries. You’ll be actively involved in a company’s operations, gaining hands-on experience with financial processes.

Your project might focus on cash flow management, where you’ll be responsible for following up on overdue payments and liaising with collection agencies. Alternatively, you might dive into credit collections or credit analysis.

As you can see, every project brings something new! This means you can continuously develop your skills and grow in your role. Sounds exciting, right?

YOUR SKILLS

  • You’re a recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a financial or communication-related field.
  • Flexibility is your middle name.
  • Consultants are open-minded and adventurous. You’re eager to learn every day and gain diverse experiences.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of French and English.
  • You stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in finance.

OUR OFFER

  • A permanent full-time contract.
  • A competitive salary, including a company car and fuel card.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, which we’ll be happy to discuss in your first interview.
  • Exciting projects with our clients, typically lasting 6 to 10 months.
  • Variety, opportunities, and most of all – new challenges!
  • Tailored training and career development.
  • A healthy work-life balance – no overtime, and with 32 vacation days (for a full-time position), you’ll have plenty of time to recharge.
  • Fun events with your United colleagues – great atmosphere guaranteed!
  • Access to exclusive experiences and more through our loyalty platform.

Who to contact

APPLICATION PROCESS

SCREENING BY TELEPHONE

As soon as we receive your CV – via LinkedIn, at a job fair or via our site – we’ll get started with your application. We’ll give you a call and get to know each other during a brief but to-the-point conversation of about a half an hour. Are we on the same wavelength? Then we can arrange a date and time for you to come in to meet us face-to-face.

COME MEET US

During our first meeting, you’ll get to know a little more about our way of working. And we’d like to hear what you have to say, too. Not to talk about the weather, we’ve probably already done that to break the ice. But rather to hear about your competencies, language skills, motivation, salary and availability. You can go over your technical skills with the loyalty manager. And then you’ll have the chance to let everything sink in a little.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATION

Are we all in agreement that we’ve found a match? Then we’ll call you with the good news. Any further questions? This is the time to ask them. Because shortly, we’ll be expecting you to come in to discuss your contract. And before you know it, you’ll be assigned to one of our clients for your first challenge. Good luck!
