YOUR JOB

Do you live in Ghent, Sint-Niklaas, Aalst or anywhere else in East Flanders and are you looking for a challenging administrative position? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Calling with a script in front of you? Not your style? Ours neither! We focus on the quality of your answers, customer satisfaction and team performance. As a customer care expert, you make a real impact in our customers’ journey.
Together with your colleagues, you provide warm and dedicated support to our customers and offices through various channels in both service and sales processes.

  • After your training program, you will be an expert in your domain. You continuously update your knowledge on new products, processes, and digital functionalities, among other things.
    • You communicate with customers and office staff via phone, email, and messaging platforms. You analyse their questions, conduct research and provide appropriate solutions.
    • With your attentive listening skills, you identify customers’ needs. You support them in using our digital applications or connect them with their office manager.
    • You actively contribute to your own growth, as well as that of customer service and the company.

YOUR SKILLS
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• You enjoy thinking about customer needs and proposing targeted solutions.
• You embrace change as an opportunity to grow and enjoy taking initiative.
• Clear and open communication is in your nature, both in Dutch and French. Excellent proficiency in French is a must.

PRACTICAL
• You mainly work day shifts, but you’re flexible to occasionally take on evening or weekend shifts.
• You enjoy a good work-life balance, a competitive salary and the flexibility to choose between working from home and in the office, with the possibility to work from home up to 60% of the time.

As soon as we receive your CV – via LinkedIn, at a job fair or via our site – we’ll get started with your application. We’ll give you a call and get to know each other during a brief but to-the-point conversation of about a half an hour. Are we on the same wavelength? Then we can arrange a date and time for you to come in to meet us face-to-face.

COME MEET US

During our first meeting, you’ll get to know a little more about our way of working. And we’d like to hear what you have to say, too. Not to talk about the weather, we’ve probably already done that to break the ice. But rather to hear about your competencies, language skills, motivation, salary and availability. You can go over your technical skills with the loyalty manager. And then you’ll have the chance to let everything sink in a little.

Are we all in agreement that we’ve found a match? Then we’ll call you with the good news. Any further questions? This is the time to ask them.
