YOUR JOB
Calling with a script in front of you? That’s not your style? It’s not ours either. At United, we focus on the quality of your interactions, customer satisfaction, and strong team performance. As a Customer Care Expert, you play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and truly making a difference in their journey. Alongside your colleagues, you provide warm, thoughtful support across various channels, contributing to both service and sales processes.
After a comprehensive training program, you’ll become an expert in your domain. You’ll keep your knowledge up to date on products, processes, and digital tools, ensuring you can respond accurately and efficiently to every request. You’ll communicate with customers and office staff via phone, email, and messaging platforms, identifying their needs through attentive listening, conducting research, and offering appropriate solutions. Whether you’re guiding someone through a digital application or connecting them with the right office contact, your input will be essential.
In this role, you not only support customers—you grow with the company, actively contributing to the development of the service and of yourself.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- You enjoy thinking about customer needs and proposing targeted solutions.
- You embrace change as an opportunity to grow and enjoy taking initiative.
- Clear and open communication is in your nature, both in Dutch and French. Excellent proficiency in French is a must.
PRACTICAL
- You mainly work day shifts, but you’re flexible to occasionally take on evening or weekend shifts.
- You enjoy a good work-life balance, a competitive salary and the flexibility to choose between working from home and in the office, with the possibility to work from home up to 60% of the time.
