YOUR JOB
Are you living in the Brussels and Flemish Brabant region, such as Meise, Vilvoorde or Zaventem and are you strong in administration and customer contact? Then this position is definitely for you!
As a consultant in the banking and insurance sector, you will be responsible for following up your own files or your portfolio of customers. You will answer customers’ questions, help them solve their problems and advise them wherever possible.
You will also be responsible for opening and processing bank and insurance or leasing files, and making payments where necessary. As part of another project, you will be responsible for drawing up or amending policies and ensuring their administrative follow-up.
You will be assigned to projects with international customers in the Antwerp, East Flanders and Flemish Brabant regions.
YOUR SKILLS
• You express yourself fluently in both Dutch and French, both spoken and written, and you are in daily contact with clients via email and phone.
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or you can demonstrate equivalent experience.
• You have an eye for detail and ensure thorough follow-up of client files.
• You work independently while also enjoying teamwork.
• You are proactive and not afraid to ask questions when needed.
• You have a commercial mindset and a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of Brio is a plus.
